Businesses that meet the following criteria are eligible:

• At least 51% of the business is owned by Canadian citizens or permanent residents.

• The business is legally registered in Canada.

• The business is headquartered in Canada.

• At least 51% of the businesses leadership/executive team are based in Canada.

The certification process typically takes 7–10 business days after we receive your complete application, fees, and all required documents. Our team may reach out for additional information throughout the process, if needed.

Yes, the application and certification fee is $249 per year.

Certification is valid for one year and must be renewed annually. You will need to provide updated information and pay the renewal fee to maintain your certification.
